As a local small batch roaster we are also able to create are own unique roast, perfect for our brews. We love their recyclable coffee bags too. If you love the taste pick up a bag of beans or grinds with your coffee and brew at home too. Did we mention it was fresh? Temple Grounds nomally roast less than a week before we receive it. That’s not possible with imported coffee.

We source our fresh milk from local dairies, ensuring quality and supporting our community. Transported in glass bottles the day it was farmed, our milk remains free from contact with PET commonly used in tetra packs, prioritising environmental sustainability. For our regular coffee we exclusively use full-fat milk, chosen for its rich flavour and creamy texture, enhancing every cup. Water might seem simple—just H2O—but for Sprout, our artisan water supplier, it’s a passion as deep as ours for coffee. Sourced from the untouched Knuckles Mountains and bottled at the source in Falcon Valley without reverse osmosis, Sprout water retains essential minerals for health. Committed to quality and sustainability, all our bottled water is in glass, and café water is refilled daily. For a refreshing, guilt-free drink, enjoy a bottle of Sprout water from our barista, crafted by nature in the Sri Lankan rainforest.

Our pioneering all-electric three-wheelers lead the industry as the very first of their kind. Crafted in Sri Lanka by Elekrateq, these vehicles embody innovation and sustainability at their core. Coffee Patrol brand, colours and content is all our own work, but for the vehicle we needed something special, so we turned to Excello for the design and build of the coffee cafe within the Elektrateq vehicle. Experts in innovative design with a strong understanding of the coffee business they really came up trumps. Looking good wasn’t enough, it needs to be practical and efficient for the Barista to weave their magic and we’re delighted with the result.

Our partnership with Apeksha, the social enterprise with differently abled vision impaired ladies and our clothing supplier, exceeded all expectations.
