Traveling Fee
Advance payments are non-refundable if cancellation occurs within 48 hours of event.
Power access and parking must be confirmed at time of booking.
Travel charges apply only beyond 30 km from Mt. Lavinia.
Additional cups served beyond package limits will be billed post-event.
